As a manager at Care VMA, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients and virtual assistants. You will be responsible for
Hiring, training, and mentoring new virtual assistants who join our team.
Assigning tasks and projects to virtual assistants based on their skills, availability, and client preferences
Monitoring and evaluating the performance and productivity of virtual assistants using various metrics and tools
Providing constructive feedback and guidance to virtual assistants to help them improve their skills, efficiency, and quality of work
Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise between virtual assistants and clients in a timely and professional manner
Communicating with clients regularly to understand their needs and expectations, and to ensure they are happy with our services
Ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed client standards
Reporting to the senior management on the progress and results of the virtual assistant team, and providing suggestions for improvement
To excel in this role, you will need
Degree
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in managing remote teams of professionals in the virtual assistant industry or a similar field
Communication skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire your team and to build rapport with clients
Knowledge of industry
Strong knowledge of the virtual assistant industry and the services we offer, as well as the latest trends and best practices
Familiar with modern tools
Proficiency in using various online tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc. to manage your team and communicate with clients
Work independently
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision, and to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Flexible to adapt change
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and priorities, and to work across different time zones
